Kimberly Martin Turner joined Jackson & Campbell in 2014. She practices in the Trusts and Estates practice group.

Kimberly concentrates her practice on estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration. She advises clients on state and federal estate tax planning, gift tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues. She drafts wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents. Kimberly handles all aspects of estate and trust administration, including probate, accountings, and the preparation and review of estate and fiduciary tax returns. Kimberly also serves as counsel to executors and trustees and she represents fiduciaries in probate courts in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.

Prior to joining Jackson & Campbell, Kimberly practiced estates, trusts, and probate law through her law office in Arlington. She is a former associate with the trusts and estates firm Ross, Marsh & Foster in Washington, D.C., and she clerked for a former Deputy Presiding Judge in the Probate & Tax Divisions of the District of Columbia Superior Court. Kimberly also served as co-chair of the DC Bar Estates, Trusts and Probate Law Section Steering Committee. She is a current faculty member of the DC Bar Continuing Legal Education Program and she is an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University Law School.

Kimberly earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1997 and her B.A. in English Literature from the University of Virginia in 1990. She is admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. She is a frequent speaker to both attorney and non-attorney groups on estate, trust, and probate-related topics.
