Christopher Glaser is a member of the General Litigation & Trial Practice Group and the Real Estate Practice Group at Jackson & Campbell, P.C.
Mr. Glaser represents corporate and other limited liability entities as well as individuals in an array of disputes in the federal and state courts in the Washington Metropolitan Area. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial and business disputes, non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, and real estate matters. He has represented lenders and servicers in title defect and lien priority disputes. He regularly represents entities and individuals regarding claims of misuse/disclosure of trade secrets and misappropriation of corporate opportunities.
Mr. Glaser is an active member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Virginia, State of Maryland and District of Columbia as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, the District of Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is admitted to practice in, and has appeared before, the United States Circuit Courts for the Fourth Circuit, District of Columbia Circuit and the Federal Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He is admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Glaser holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland. He received his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law where he served on the Pace Environmental Law Review.
In 2016, Mr. Glaser was appointed as the Chair of the Judicial Evaluation Committee of the District of Columbia Bar. In 2009, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors appointed Mr. Glaser to the Fairfax Country Industrial Development Authority. Mr. Glaser has an active pro bono practice in which he focuses on assisting active members of the armed forces and disabled veterans. Additionally, he serves on the Northern Virginia Advisory Board for First Book, Inc., a 501(c)(3) providing new books for children in need.
