Jackson & Campbell’s Women’s Initiative is dedicated to enhancing our corporate culture by celebrating diversity and fostering camaraderie. Our objective is to promote the advancement of female attorneys through the cultivation of internal and external business relationships, encouragement of leadership roles and the creation of opportunities for increased visibility and recognition. We seek to enhance retention of our female attorneys by facilitating an environment that is also conducive to client retention, as well as providing access to resources for the development of marketing strategies and professional skills.
