Kristen joined Jackson & Campbell, P.C. in 2005 as a member of the Insurance Coverage Practice Group. She represents insurance company clients and concentrates her practice on the defense of complex insurance coverage litigation relating to environmental, asbestos and toxic torts. Her practice has involved cases venued in state and federal courts in jurisdictions throughout the United States. Kristen also counsels her clients in a variety of pre-litigation matters involving commercial general liability, excess and umbrella liability and pollution legal liability policies, including evaluating and resolving potential coverage disputes before they result in litigation.
Prior to joining Jackson & Campbell, Kristen practiced in California for several years litigating a variety of cases, both defending insurance company clients in bad faith and extra-contractual liability litigation and defending insureds in products liability and tort litigation.
Kristen received her B.A. in Political Science and Law and Society from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1993. She earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California School of Law in 1996.
Kristen is Senior Counsel at Jackson & Campbell and serves as a Co-Chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative. She is admitted to practice in California and in the District of Columbia.
