Marchello’s practice primarily focuses on representing many of the area’s hospitals and other large healthcare organizations in medical malpractice and healthcare related litigation.

Prior to joining Jackson & Campbell, Marchello practiced for over five years at one of the Southeast’s premiere litigation firms where he handed defended several major corporations in complex in product liability, consumer credit fraud, toxic tort, and pharmaceutical cases in state and federal trial courts across the nation. Marchello also served as a member of the firm’s NCAA practice group, representing major universities before the NCAA Committee on Infractions.

Super Lawyers Magazine recognized Marchello as a “Rising Star” in the state of Alabama for 2014 and 2015, and in the District of Columbia for 2017.
