Michelle Spatz is a Litigation Associate in Jackson & Campbell’s Insurance Coverage group. Her experience includes representing domestic and foreign insurers in complex insurance coverage litigation, including cases involving large underlying environmental property damage claims, class action claims, mass asbestos claims, and other toxic tort claims. Michelle is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, New York, U.S. District Court the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Michelle received her B.A. (magna cum laude) from Gettysburg College and her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law. While in law school, Michelle served as Vice Chair of the Moot Court Executive Board, tried cases as a student attorney at the Washington and Lee Criminal Justice Clinic, and served as a University Honor Advocate representing students before school sanctioning boards.
