Ms. Spicer is Senior Counsel at Jackson & Campbell, P.C. and a member of the Firm’s Health Law Practice Group, primarily representing health care providers in medical malpractice actions issues throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Patricia is a committed advocate and brings her persistence, dedication, and extensive litigation experience when representing her clients.
Patricia has represented clients in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, and throughout the country in a variety of matters, including medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and immigration. Previously, Patricia litigated competing adoption cases and represented clients in neglect cases in the District of Columbia Superior Court. She has represented clients in state and federal courts, class actions, and at the appellate level.
Patricia received her bachelor’s degree from State University College at Buffalo and received her J.D. from the Syracuse University School of Law. She is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, New York, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. Court of Appeals.
Patricia is an active member of her community, contributes her time to many organizations pro bono, and provides mentoring for other volunteer attorneys. Patricia’s involvement includes multiple non-profit organizations, including the Children’s Law Center, Kids In Need of Defense (KIND), and AFS Intercultural Programs, which facilitates foreign exchange opportunities for students across the globe. When not diligently representing her clients or volunteering, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
