Before joining Jackson & Campbell, Tim was an Associate at a D.C. law firm where he served as defense counsel for insurance companies, various types of corporations, and individual professionals, including architects, engineers, and other lawyers, defending and prosecuting claims for various actions, including design/construction actions, employment actions, Employee Retirement Income Security Act claims, business tort claims, and disability benefit-related claims. In addition, Tim has served as second chair in jury and bench trials in federal and state court, arbitrations, and mediations.
Tim earned his J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from The College of William and Mary.
He enjoys soccer and has volunteered as assistant coach of the varsity boys’ soccer team at Annandale High School in Virginia.
Tim is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He was selected as a “Super Lawyer: Rising Star” by “Super Lawyers Magazine” and is a member of the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
